A documented event: military and civil police waiting for the torch rally. A fictional event: dancing and rehearsing of a girl dance group. Both events indirectly allude to the torch rally in China in 2008. But what we see here is not a political discussion, rather the essential melancholy in all these young faces and the dualism of a singular event.
